Saskia Stallings

The Intuitive Burnout Coach™

Therapist. Speaker. Teacher. Trauma Specialist.

This is a little bit about who I am, how I got here, and what matters most to me.

Hi, I’m Saskia. I’m so glad you found me. 💜

I love life, and I think one of my greatest superpowers is how much I genuinely love people.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker, and for the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of people, clinically, as well as intuitively. I absolutely love the work I do, but there is so much more to me than my work.

I’m a mother of seven and a grandmother of five, and my children and grandchildren are some of my absolute favorite human beings on the planet. I adore being a mother.

I love traveling, spending time with my family, and baking and decorating cakes for the people I love. I love music, dancing, laughter, and anything that makes life feel a little more alive.

I’m also drawn to all things magical, mushrooms, fairies, butterflies, crystals, stained glass, and beautiful handmade things. When I travel, I love finding pieces made by local artists and bringing a little bit of that place home with me.

My home is filled with things I’ve collected, things people have made, things that sparkle, and things that have stories.

I believe life is meant to be experienced, felt, explored, and enjoyed.

And if you spend much time around me, you'll probably figure that out pretty quickly. 💜

How I Became an LCSW

When I was 15, my mom became a single mother with nine children still at home. Social workers came into our home, and what stayed with me was their kindness. I could tell they genuinely cared about us, and that was when I knew I wanted to become a social worker.

Life took a few turns first. I became pregnant at 19 and eventually found myself a single mom with a one-year-old and a two-day-old baby. I promised myself that when my baby turned one, I would go back to school.

And I did.

My master's came much later because, well... seven kids.

By then, I was working as an intuitive healer, mentor, and speaker when I felt a quiet nudge to go back to school.

The very next day, my grandfather, whom I barely knew because my biological father died when I was three, called me out of the blue. He was passing through town and wanted to see me.

When we met, he told me he had money set aside to help his grandchildren go to school.

I went back to school, earned my master’s degree, and eventually became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist.

In a lot of ways, it feels full-circle. The kindness of social workers helped shape me at 15, and today I get to help people understand themselves, heal, and create something different.

I think that 15-year-old girl would be pretty proud.

My Favorite People 💜

And yes, these are all my children. I had every single one. 😂

I’m a mother of seven and a grandmother of five, and being a mom has been one of the biggest parts of my life.

I sometimes call myself a late bloomer. I spent so many years raising children and taking care of everyone around me that I feel like I’m now entering this amazing chapter of discovering and experiencing more of life for myself.

Granted... I’m still raising children. 😂

But these days, I’m traveling more, trying new things, following what lights me up, and asking myself a question I didn’t always have space to ask:

What do I want my life to look like now?

And I’m having a whole lot of fun finding out. 💜
