Saskia Stallings, MSW, LCSW, is a dynamic speaker, therapist, educator, and burnout specialist known for bringing honesty, humor, heart, and real-life experience to the stage.
With more than 15 years of experience in the mental health field, Saskia has a unique ability to take complex ideas about survival mode, burnout, trauma, relationships, boundaries, and the nervous system and make them feel understandable, relatable, and deeply human.
Saskia doesn’t just speak to an audience—she connects with them.
Her authentic and conversational style creates an environment where people feel seen, challenged, and often find themselves laughing one minute and having an unexpected realization the next. She isn't afraid to talk about the things we often keep quiet: the invisible load women carry, the cost of constantly taking care of everyone else, self-silencing, people-pleasing, hyper-independence, identity, and what happens when a life built around survival stops working.
Saskia has presented at summits, retreats, professional events, workshops, radio shows, and community gatherings. She brings both her professional expertise and her own lived experiences to her work, using storytelling to help audiences recognize themselves in what she teaches.
At the heart of Saskia's message is a simple belief: we were never meant to spend our entire lives surviving.
Her work invites people to become curious about the patterns that have shaped their lives, reconnect with themselves, and begin creating a life built around their needs, capacity, values, relationships, and who they truly are.
Whether she's speaking about burnout and survival mode, the nervous system, boundaries, self-compassion, identity, or healing from difficult experiences, Saskia brings warmth, humor, vulnerability, and a willingness to say the things people are often thinking but are afraid to say out loud.
She is also a wife, mother of seven, and grandmother of five. When she isn't working, speaking, or learning something new, Saskia loves traveling, connecting with people, and anything whimsical, magical, or fun.
Saskia doesn't believe people need another person telling them how to live their lives. She helps them understand themselves well enough to decide for themselves.
